Steve Brady
ATTORNEY AT LAW
I grew up in Norfolk, Massachusetts. and graduated from King Philip Regional High School in Wrentham where I played football, basketball, and track, and was on the student council. I went to the University of Rhode Island and was a member of the football team. Being a lawyer was always my goal. Once I earned my law degree, I decided that I wanted to protect the community and became a police officer, and served as a patrolman and later as a detective.
I trained hundreds of police officers for years at two Massachusetts police academies so I understand police tactics and how they are taught.
Still feeling a greater call to serve I joined the United States Army’s Judge Advocate General's Corps. I spent a significant portion of my military career in litigation positions trying felony cases as both a prosecutor and defense counsel throughout the United States. When I wasn’t in the courtroom, I deployed two times to Afghanistan with the 10th Mountain Division (Light Infantry) serving as a legal advisor providing counsel on investigations concerning complex multinational incidents.
Every case is different, and my varied professional experience has taught me how to develop case strategies by looking at your case from a different perspective.
My investigation acumen was recognized by the Army and I was selected to be the investigations instructor at the Judge Advocate General's School teaching investigations to over 600 students per year. My last duty position was as Chief of Justice for the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) where I supervised a team of 14 military prosecutors.
In 2020 I retired from the military and moved home to Massachusetts where I began practicing law. I help people who have legal matters concerning personal injury, workers’ compensation, social security disability, criminal law, and real estate law. I take great satisfaction in helping people through a scary and stressful period in their lives.
Always ready for a fight but smart enough to make a deal to advance my clients' interests, I am your best choice for a relentless, no-nonsense advocate.
I live with my wife and three children in the Metro West Boston area. In my free time, I enjoy hiking with my family and two dogs.
