Jim Brady
ATTORNEY AT LAW
Since 1985, I’ve been helping people in Massachusetts with legal matters relating to personal injury, workers’ compensation, social security disability, business, and real estate law. I believe that every client deserves to receive the full measure of justice, and I’m an attorney who works tirelessly to make sure that happens.
In 2013, I was appointed to the Board of Governors of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, whose mission is to uphold, preserve and improve the civil justice system and advance the cause of those who have been wrongfully injured.
For the past 38 years, I have been giving back to my hometown community of Walpole, Massachusetts. I grew up in Walpole, and my offices are in my childhood home. I went to high school and played football here, and worked two jobs while doing so. I spent the next four years as a Navy Seabee serving in the Far East during the time of the Vietnam War. I received my BA in Law from the University of Massachusetts then went on to get my Juris Doctorate from the New England School of Law, all while working full-time.
Understanding how the law works can be overwhelming. My mission is to help my clients and advise them on the best choices that result in the best possible outcomes.
I help where I see there’s a need, and have been chairman on numerous boards including: the Walpole Prison Advisory Committee, the Walpole Industrial Commission, and the Low-Level Radioactive Waste Oversight Committee. I have worked diligently to secure over $2.4 Million for various charities and organizations in and around Walpole.
I have had a lifelong passion for music, as a guitarist and vocalist, playing professionally across the country. I performed for President George H.W. Bush and for numerous Governors, and I have had the opportunity to sing the National Anthem at Bruins and Celtics games. I’m overjoyed that I have passed on this joy to three of my children.
I believe that my desire to serve, my gratitude for my life’s blessings, and the pride I take in my work ethic is what makes me the successful, sought-after attorney I am today.
In my years as an attorney have tried and won numerous cases in the District and Superior Courts of Massachusetts. I’m dedicated to helping my clients solve their problems efficiently, creatively, and with the highest standards of service and ethics.
